1 Introduction & Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and t789 (hereinafter referred to as "t789", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://t789.casa and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces.

By accessing, registering, logging into, or using any part of the t789 platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, where applicable, close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall Agreement between t789 and the Player.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" — The registered user account created by a Player on the789 platform.
• "Balance" — The total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" — Any promotional, welcome, reload, or cashback credits awarded by t789 that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The total amount a Player must bet before bonus funds or associated winings become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 35x).
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures required by t789 to confirm the identity, age, and payment method ownership of a Player.
• "Platform" — The totality of t789's online gaming and sports betting services, including the website at https://t789.casa, mobile interfaces, and any associated applications.
• "Restricted Territory" — Any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or for which t789 does not hold applicable authorisation to accept players.
• "Sports Betting" — Any wager placed on the outcome of a sporting event, including football matches (Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, and others), UFC, and other covered sports.
• "Game of Chance" — Any casino game where the outcome is determined by a random process, including slot games, live Baccarat, Roulette, Sic Bo, and Blackjack.

3 Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The t789 platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform. This minimum age requirement is non-negotiable and applies universally to all Players regardless of jurisdiction.

3.2 Geographical Restrictions

t789 primarily serves players based in Malaysia, including those located in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and other states and territories within Malaysia. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to ensure that accessing and using the t789 platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. t789 reserves the right to restrict access from any territory at its sole discretion.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) registered Account on the t789 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether to circumvent restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or for any other purpose — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

4 Account Registration & Verification

4.1 Registration Requirements

Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including their full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. The submission of false, misleading, or incomplete registration data is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

4.2 KYC Verification

t789 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Standard KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used for deposits or withdrawals
• Source of funds documentation if required by internal risk procedures

Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. t789 aims to process all submitted KYC documents within one (1) to three (3) business days.

4.3 Account Security

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. t789 will never contact a Player to request their password. Any suspected unauthorised access or breach of account security must be reported to our support team without delay. t789 shall not be held liable for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain account security.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

t789 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through verified, approved payment channels. Currently supported methods for Malaysian players include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow Transfer, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), Visa, Mastercard, and cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT). t789 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum & Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most payment methods, unless otherwise stated on the deposit page. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the Player's Account dashboard. Limits may vary by payment method and account tier.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit into the same account. t789 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Players must have completed the applicable KYC verification process before any withdrawal is approved. All pending bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied or any remaining bonus balance forfeited before a withdrawal can be initiated.

5.4 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless a cryptocurrency option is selected, in which case the applicable conversion rate at the time of transaction shall apply.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by t789 are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 35x wagering requirement on a MYR 100 bonus requires MYR 3,500 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted).

• Bets placed on certain game categories (e.g., table games, live casino) may contribute at reduced rate towards wagering requirements.
• Wagers placed at odds below the minimum threshold specified in the promotion terms do not count towards wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds and any associated winnings expire if wagering requirements are not met within the validity period stated in the promotion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

t789 reserves the right to void bonuses, withold associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close accounts where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated software to exploit bonus terms, or engaging in low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets on t789 are governed by the specific rules of each sport and competition. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, t789's decision shall be final. t789 reserves the right to suspend any market, void any bet, or re-settle any market where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed issue, or where the integrity of the market is in question.

Football betting, including Liga Super Malaysia and EPL markets, is subject to standard football betting rules. UFC and combat sports bets follow the outcome declared by the official sanctioning body. All sports betting transactions are time-stamped at the point of bet placement; odds displayed at that time constitute the contracted odds.

7.2 Casino Games

All casino games, including slot games and live dealer tables (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Sic Bo), are governed by the rules displayed within each individual game interface. All games utilise certified RNG systems or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing equipment under controlled studio conditions. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are as published on the platform.

7.3 Maximum Winings

t789 reserves the right to apply maximum win limits on any game or market. Where a win exceds the applicable limit, t789 shall pay out only up to the stated maximum. Maximum win limits are displayed on relevant game or market pages and may be updated from time to time at789's discretion.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the t789 platform:

• Registering or using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Registering from a Restricted Territory or circumventing geographical restrictions via VPN, proxy, or similar technology
• Creating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or another person's details
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC verification
• Using automated betting software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or feature
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of any sporting event
• Using the platform to conduct, facilitate, or conceal money laundering or other financial crimes
• Coluding with other players in any game of skill or chance
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour towards789 staff or other players
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise tamper with any part of the t789 platform or its infrastructure

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the t789 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, software code, and game content — is the intellectual property of t789 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal and recreational purposes only. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without the express prior written consent of t789.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, t789 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to: your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the platform; any content on the platform; any transaction conducted on the platform; or any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform.

t789 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or circumstances beyond t789's reasonable control (including telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or regulatory actions) may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury arising from negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

11 Responsible Gambling

t789 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. We provide a range of tools and resources to help players maintain control of their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from within their Account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period. When the limit is reached, no further wagers will be accepted until the period resets or a lower limit is applied.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or indefinitely. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen period.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may take a short break of24 hours, 72 hours, or 7 days without permanently closing their account.
• Reality Checks: Players may set session time reminders to receive notifications after specified period of continuous play.

12 Amendments & Account Termination

12.1 Amendments to These Terms

t789 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date of any revision will be updated at the top of this page. t789 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of material changes to registered players via account email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Account Closure by Player

Players may close their Account at any time by contacting the t789 support team. On receipt of a closure request, t789 will process any outstanding withdrawal of verified funds, subject to the conditions set out in Section 5. Accounts subject to active investigations cannot be closed until the investigation is resolved.

12.3 Suspension or Termination by t789

t789 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account without prior notice where: (a) the player is found to be in breach of these Terms; (b) t789 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; (c) t789 is required to do so by a regulatory or law enforcement authority; or (d) the continued operation of the Account presents a risk to the platform's integrity or other players. On closure for cause, t789 may withold funds pending investigation.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which t789 operates. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the t789 platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through t789's internal complaints procedure in the first instance.

To initiate a formal complaint, Players should contact the t789 support team in writing with full details of the dispute. t789 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within seven (7) business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, the Player may seek recourse through applicable dispute resolution mechanisms as specified by the relevant regulatory authority.

t789's decision regarding the settlement or void of any bet or wager shall be final and binding in all cases where the relevant rules have been properly applied to the circumstances.
